Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch.

Guide customers on ATM operations, UPI, mobile banking, and other digital banking services. Resolve basic banking-related queries and provide accurate information. Direct customers to the appropriate counters or departments.

Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.



Support branch staff in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Create a positive and customer-friendly branch environment.
