Leaders Fitness Academy is looking for a passionate and certified Ball Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. If you have excellent teaching skills, a strong understanding of Pilates techniques, and enjoy helping people improve their fitness and well-being, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Ball Pilates classes for individuals and groups.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure participant safety.
- Create engaging and effective workout sessions.
- Assess clients' fitness levels and provide suitable modifications.
- Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional training environment.
- Collaborate with the team to support academy programs and workshops.
Requirements
- Certification in Pilates (Ball Pilates certification preferred).
- Prior experience as a Pilates Instructor is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, health, and client success.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
- Willingness to travel if assigned to different branches or workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching group fitness classes.
Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per day
