- Production Management: Oversee daily preparation of artisan breads, viennoiserie, laminated doughs, and pastries.
- Staff Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule the bakery team.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards for taste, texture, and visual presentation.
- Inventory & Cost: Manage stock rotation, supplier orders, and minimize kitchen waste.
- Safety & Sanitation: Enforce strict HACCP, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines

Pay: ₹79,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
