We are looking for a passionate Bakery Chef specializing in Viennoiserie & Pastries to join our team. If you love working with laminated doughs, crafting beautiful pastries, and maintaining high-quality standards, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake high-quality viennoiserie including croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, breads, sourdoughs and Pastries.

- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation





• Assist in breads , sourdough and bakery production

• Ensure proper dough fermentation, lamination, and proofing techniques

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily production
- Monitor ingredient quality and manage inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a professional bakery

• Strong knowledge of laminated dough and viennoiserie production, and Pastry production

- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Passion for baking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
