Role Description The Backend Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves managing daily backend operations, including data entry, records maintenance, and updating internal databases and software systems related to fitness, equipment, and franchise activities.

The Backend

Executive coordinates with cross-functional teams to support gym setup processes, franchise documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing reports,



handling documentation for training and certification programs, maintaining accurate client and vendor information, and supporting process improvements for operational efficiency. The individual in this role is expected to follow established procedures, meet deadlines, and contribute to smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization’s backend processes.

Qualifications

- Strong data management and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, basic database or ERP/CRM systems).
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, resolve operational issues, and improve backend processes.
- Basic understanding of business operations, preferably in fitness, retail, franchising, or service-oriented industries.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate with team members in a structured office environment.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, management, or a related field.
