We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle customer verification calls and maintain accurate documentation. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, verifying required information, updating records, and ensuring that all verification activities are properly documented.

Key Responsibilities

- Make verification calls to customers as per assigned cases.
- Verify customer information and confirm required details over the phone.
- Follow the prescribed calling and verification process.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers when additional information or confirmation is required.
- Maintain proper records of completed, pending, and unsuccessful verification cases.
- Complete assigned daily tasks and meet process timelines.





Required Skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and email.
- Comfortable making customer verification calls.
- Basic documentation and data-entry skills.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass, depending on company requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
