Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and back-office operations.
- Manage and update databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process, verify, and organize business documents.
- Coordinate with the Canadian team and follow international work processes.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Entry or Back Office Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or above .
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Canadian business processes and evening/night shifts.

Working Hours 2 Positions

- Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

1 Position

- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Alternate Saturdays

- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
