– CRM Engineer

Position: CRM Engineer

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location - Vadodara

Reporting To: Head – Sales & Business

Experience - 2-5 years

Education - BSC / Diploma mechanical / Btech

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements.

Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.

Monitor order status and proactively update customers on manufacturing and delivery schedules.

Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and technical support.

Support key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Defence, Railways, Steel, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or Project Coordination within the engineering or manufacturing industry.

Experience in hose assemblies, hydraulic products, oil & gas equipment, industrial components, or EPC projects is preferred.





Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
