Verify patient documents, medical records, hospital records, bills, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and other supporting documents.

Identify discrepancies, missing information, or suspicious elements in claim documents.

Assign investigation cases to field investigators based on case requirements.

Coordinate with investigators and monitor case progress.

Review investigation reports and supporting evidence submitted by investigators.

Prepare case analysis and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.

Upload verified documents, investigation reports, and final findings on the respective insurance portals within timelines.

Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of customer and claim information.

Follow company SOPs and insurance guidelines while processing claims.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.
