Key Requirements

- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecalling or business development or Sales.
- Confident and smart freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct professional telecalling (in English) with decision-makers and manage inbound/outbound calls
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and conversations
- Drive business growth by creating, presenting,



and sharing proposals and campaign plans
- Build and maintain solid client relationships

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated individuals with a go-getter attitude
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a startup environment for Tele Calling, Cold Calling with ownership and initiative
- CRM Proficiency, Dialer Strategies / Predictive Dialer, Process & Product Training and SLA Adherence.
