Role Description iDesign.Market is seeking an experienced and dynamic full-time B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth and build solid client relationships. This is an individual contributor (IC) role located on-site in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their project management needs, and presenting tailored solutions offered by iDesign’s platform.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for generating leads,



managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Qualifications

Expertise in B2B sales, account management, and client relationship building

Strong skills in sales strategies, deal closing, and achieving revenue targets

Knowledge of project management tools, software solutions, or the AEC industry is highly desirable

Proven ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience with SaaS platforms or technology-driven solutions is a strong advantage Salary: Rs 4.8 lacs to Rs 7.0 lacs per annum plus incentives.
