Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) / Business Development Manager

Company: Corporate Gifting Industry

Locations: Delhi (Okhla) 2 Positions

Experience: 2-4 Years

Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month

Industry Preference: Open to candidates from any industry with B2B sales experience

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM -6:00 PM

Job Summary

We're looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to expand our corporate gifting business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in client meetings, and have experience in B2B sales. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to client offices to generate new business and maintain solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Visit client offices for meetings, presentations,



and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular activity reports.

Required Skills

- Good English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with regular field travel and client visits.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience from any industry is welcome.
