We're looking for experienced Azure Databricks Leads to join our Data Engineering team.

Required Skills

✅ Strong expertise in Azure Databricks (Lakehouse Platform)

✅ Hands-on experience with PySpark & Spark SQL

✅ Experience in designing ETL/ELT pipelines

✅ Robust knowledge of Delta Lake & Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

✅ Experience with Structured Streaming, Kafka, and Azure Event Hubs

✅ Expertise in Spark Performance Tuning, Query Optimization & Cluster Sizing

✅ Experience integrating data from APIs, Cloud Storage, Databases & Enterprise Applications

✅ Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring & Data Governance





✅ Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

? Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions on Azure Databricks

? Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines

? Optimize Spark workloads for performance and cost efficiency

? Lead code reviews and mentor Data Engineering teams

? Drive best practices in development, DevOps, and data governance

? Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data platforms .
