Secondary Skills: Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, AI Data Engineering We are looking for experienced Azure Data Engineers to join the team in an individual contributor role, working directly with the client on enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining modern Azure-based data platforms, while supporting migration initiatives to Microsoft Fabric.

Mandatory Requirements

- Overall 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience .
- Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and confidently explain complex SQL queries.
- Strong hands-on experience in PySpark for large-scale data processing.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure Databricks .
- Good understanding of Azure Cloud services and Data Engineering concepts.




- Experience working with Data Lake architecture and implementation.
- Ability to work independently across development, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder interactions.
- Robust stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in end-to-end Data Engineering solution development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance scalable Data Engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Databricks workloads.
- Support migration of selected workloads to Microsoft Fabric.
- Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
- Work with Azure Data Lake solutions for enterprise data platforms.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in development, testing, deployment, production support, and performance optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot data processing issues and ensure high-quality data delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while interacting directly with client stakeholders.
