Hiring: Ayurveda Nurse / Therapist cum Front Office Executive (2)

Location: Vaduthala, Kochi Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Ayurveda Nurse / Therapist who can also manage front office operations at our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate is someone with robust hands-on therapy skills combined with excellent communication and people-handling abilities to manage client interactions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies and treatments as per doctor's prescription
- Assist doctors during consultations and treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, oils, and equipment as per protocol
- Manage front desk operations — patient appointments, scheduling, and walk-in queries
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with patients
- Maintain patient records, treatment history, and billing details
- Greet and guide patients with a warm, professional approach
- Coordinate between doctors, therapists,



and patients for smooth clinic operations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the clinic

Requirements
- Certified Ayurveda Nurse / Panchakarma Therapist (GNM/ANM/Ayurveda Nursing preferred)
- Prior experience in an Ayurveda clinic, wellness center, or hospital preferred
- Excellent communication and conversational skills (Malayalam & English; Hindi is a plus)
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge for appointment scheduling and billing
- Ability to multitask between therapy duties and front office responsibilities
