Note: Banking Test Managers with experience in domains such as Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Lending, Wealth Management, Treasury, Cash Management, or Digital Banking are also encouraged to apply. Payments domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.

We are hiring a Test Manager for a US-based FinTech organization . We are looking for an experienced QA/QE leader with a strong background in Payments Testing

, combined with hands-on expertise in test automation and a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale testing programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of digital payments, cards, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, real-time payments, APIs, and transaction processing systems

, while also being capable of driving automation-led quality engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA/QE delivery across Payments and FinTech transformation programs.
- Define and execute test strategy, test planning, estimation, governance, and delivery.
- Manage Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and End-to-End Testing.
- Drive automation adoption and ensure maximum test coverage through automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and program leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor quality metrics, risks, defects, and release readiness while providing regular governance updates to senior stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams in an Agile delivery environment.
- Oversee API,



microservices, integration, and payment transaction testing across multiple channels and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Payments industry standards, security requirements, and release governance processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Manager leading large-scale QA programs.
- Strong experience in the Payments domain .
- Hands-on experience in Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateways, Digital Payments, or Real-Time Payments .
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Chargebacks, Reconciliation, and Transaction Lifecycle Management .
- Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation is mandatory.
- Experience managing and contributing to automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, UFT, or similar technologies .
- Good understanding of API Testing, Database Testing, Integration Testing, and Service Validation .
- Experience working with REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, and Cloud-based platforms .
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
