Autodesk Software Sales Manager – Government Sector Company: DRS IT Consultancy Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Noida | PAN India Business Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives About the Role DRS IT Consultancy is looking for an experienced Autodesk Software Sales Manager – Government Sector to drive business development and sales of Autodesk solutions across Central Government, State Government departments, PSUs, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Autodesk software sales, government tenders, GeM/ e-procurement portals, bidding, and high-value enterprise deal closure. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Central/State Government departments, PSUs, and government agencies. Drive sales of Autodesk solutions, including: AutoCAD Autodesk Civil 3D Other Autodesk products and solutions Manage the end-to-end government tendering and bidding process, including GeM, eprocurement portals, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for software bids.

Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Prospecting → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Negotiation → Deal Closure Generate and close high-value government and enterprise software contracts. Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, consultants, and influencers within government organizations. Track upcoming tenders and identify opportunities aligned with Autodesk solutions.

Coordinate with internal technical, pre-sales,



and commercial teams to ensure timely bid submissions. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KRAs. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular reporting. 1Required Skills &

Qualifications • • • • • • • • • 4–7 years of experience in Autodesk software sales or similar enterprise software sales. Proven experience in Government Sales, Government Bids, Tenders, and Procurement. Strong understanding of GeM, e-procurement portals, RFPs, RFQs, and government procurement processes.

Hands-on experience in selling Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering/design software. Demonstrated ability to close high-value enterprise/government deals. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Excellent business development and lead-generation capabilities. Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle and meet revenue targets. Willingness to handle PAN India business and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications • • • • Experience working with System Integrators, IT Consultancy firms, Autodesk partners, or software resellers. Existing network/relationships within Government departments, PSUs, and government agencies. Knowledge of GeM and state-level tender/e-procurement platforms.

Experience handling large-value software licensing and enterprise technology deals.
