We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Automation Engineer to design, develop, test, commission, and support industrial automation systems. The candidate will work on PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, Industrial Networks, and Level-2 automation projects across steel plants, rolling mills, material handling systems, and process industries.

Responsibilities

Develop PLC software using Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7, ABB, Rockwell, or equivalent platforms.

Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications (WinCC Skilled, WinCC Unified, WinCC OA, iFIX, Ignition, FactoryTalk, etc.).

Configure industrial communication protocols including:

- Profinet
- Profibus
- Modbus TCP/RTU
- OPC UA
- Ethernet/IP
- TCP/IP

Configure and commission AC/DC drives, VFDs, and servo systems. Develop and test automation sequences, interlocks, alarms, and process logic.

Perform FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.

Prepare engineering documentation and software backups.

Qualifications

Diplomate with experience.

B.E. / M.E or equivalent
