AutoCAD Plant 3D-Admin

Experience: 10

-20 Years

Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of IT systems (Client Operating systems, Server configuration, Software installation and configurations) Setting up project in Global Work share and Standalone environment

- Install, configure and set up Plant 3D/CAD Worx in conjunction with the information manager of the assignment project(s)

- Interfacing with IT operations for the 3D Administration support architecture

- Good knowledge of P&ID;, Piping layouts,



GA drawings, Piping BOM, Piping Isos and Spool Drawings.

- Responsible for setting up a project set-up, discipline mapping, piping specification development, CADD libraries, project drawing templates & Reports.

- Create digital specs, build user-shapes and develop pipe support assemblies

- Building and editing digital models in a 3D workplace and assisting the generation of 2D drawings across all disciplines

- Development of I-Configure and ISOGEN to create ISO styles to help manage and keep projects running efficiently

- Maintain and verify daily backup routines

- Generate the Clash Report periodically for 30%, 60% & 90% Model Review requirements and resolve the False clashes

- Generation of Material Take Off for Piping Components, Valves, Steel, Instruments, Trays etc.

- Maintain Log of Unresolved Operational Issues Associated with E3D and provide resolution after discussions Clients

- Create Model Review File Daily to Enable Engineering & Project Management Team to Have a Detailed Model Review.

- To Maintain Report of Changes Made During the Updating of the Project in the Catalogue and Specification

- Proficient in setup and integration of 3D Design Review Tools of such as Smart Plant Review, Navisworks etc.
