Role & responsibilities

- Contribute to automation concept development, equipment selection, supplier evaluation, FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and handover.

- Support automated processes, including component feeding, automated printing, sub-assembly, and inspection.

- Ensure equipment meets product, process, quality, validation, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive improvement in OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap, downtime, automation reliability, and production scalability.

- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change control support, CAPA support, and audit readiness for automation systems.

- Build automation capability within maintenance and production teams

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, Instrumentation,



or related engineering discipline.

- 8 - 12 years of industrial automation experience, including 35 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, precision assembly, automotive, electronics, or other high-volume regulated manufacturing environments.

- Solid knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo systems, robotics, vision inspection, sensors, SCADA/MES interfaces, traceability, machine safety, and automated assembly systems.

- Experience with equipment qualification, validation support, ISO 13485, GMP, and regulated manufacturing documentation
