- Familiar themselves about plant processes and SAP
- Familiar on audit findings reported in the last four year
- Follow up and track all audit findings, at respective locations
- On issue of any current audit report, collaborate with the team members at other plants to pro-actively check status of audit finding reported at one plant
- Help departments in drafting policies and procedures
- Help team leads on analysis of data, verification of documents
- Help team leads in tracking action plan of mitigating risk as per risk register
Second Year Plan
- Perform internal audits independently.
- Draft internal audit report
- Continuous tracking of open internal audit findings
- Update SOPs for any changes
- Discuss with process owners for updating risk registers
