Role Description The Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading and managing audit engagements from planning through completion. Daily tasks include reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

The role involves supervising and mentoring audit staff, allocating assignments, reviewing working papers, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The Audit

Manager will interact directly with clients to understand their business processes, present audit findings, and recommend practical improvements.



Additional responsibilities include coordinating timelines, maintaining documentation, staying updated on regulatory changes, and supporting business development initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements preparation, review, and analysis.
- Proven exposure to Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and reporting for varied client engagements.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying anomalies, and drawing clear, data-driven conclusions.
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting is preferred.
- Experience in managing audit teams, delegating tasks, and reviewing work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, presentation of findings, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple engagements, meet deadlines, and maintain high ethical standards.
- Proficiency with audit tools and accounting software; familiarity with MS Excel and other reporting tools is beneficial.
