Role Description The Audiologist will provide comprehensive hearing and balance assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment and management plans for patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audiometric testing, counseling patients and families on hearing loss and communication strategies, fitting and programming hearing aids and assistive listening devices, and documenting clinical findings in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The Audiologist will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care, participate in case discussions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area,



requiring regular in-person patient interaction and teamwork with the local clinical staff.

Qualifications

- Clinical audiology expertise, including comprehensive hearing and balance assessments, interpretation of test results, and development of evidence-based treatment plans.
- Proficiency in fitting, programming, and troubleshooting hearing aids, cochlear implants (if applicable), and other assistive listening devices.
- Strong patient counseling and communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow relevant clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.
- Cooperative mindset with experience working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a clinical or rehabilitative setting.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (or equivalent qualification) from an accredited institution; valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist, as required by local regulations.
- Commitment to continuing professional development, staying current with advances in audiology, hearing technology, and best practices in rehabilitative care.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in the Greater Bengaluru Area, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and respect for people of all backgrounds.
