We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Audiologist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and manage hearing, speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across pediatric and adult populations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, counseling, and rehabilitation services.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive hearing, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
- Diagnose communication and hearing disorders using standardized clinical tools and protocols.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Perform audiological evaluations including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Tympanometry, OAE, BERA/ABR (as applicable), and hearing screening.
- Recommend, fit, verify, and counsel patients on hearing aids and assistive listening devices (Audiologist role).
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, home programs, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports, therapy notes, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards are maintained.





Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with ENT specialists, neurologists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
- Provide consultation to schools, community programs, and healthcare providers when required.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Prepare monthly clinical reports and outcome measures.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Participate in continuing professional development, workshops, and departmental meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the appropriate professional/regulatory authority (e.g., Rehabilitation Council of India, where applicable).
- Valid clinical license/registration as required by local regulations.

Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitation, neuro-rehabilitation, cochlear implant rehabilitation, or hospital-based practice is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,592.88 - ₹19,501.86 per month
