Role & responsibilities

Coordinating with airlines for booking and carting.

Following up with handling staff for shipment movement.

Handling rate procurement and quote finalization with airlines and agents.

Executing end-to-end shipment operations, from booking to final delivery coordination.

Creating all kinds of invoicing and credit notes for customers.

Sending pre-alerts to counterpart offices.

Preparing and executing HAWB and MAWB.

Ensuring documentation accuracy and timely dispatch of shipments

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having relevant experience in Air Export Ops & CS
