Asst.Manager – Sales (Experience Minimum 3 to 5 Years)

Deputy Manager – Sales (Experience Minimum 5 to 8 Years)

Manager – Sales (Experience Minimum 8 to 10 Years)

Sr.Manager – Sales (Experience Minimum 10 Years above)

Corporate Sales - (Experience Minimum 12 to 15 Years above)

- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet the company & revenue and growth objectives in the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized Freight Forwarding solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient handling of Freight Forwarding, meeting customer expectations and service standards.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients, negotiating terms and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of Dubai's logistics market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of success in selling large-volume freight solutions within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of freight consolidation arrangements, leveraging Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and multi-country consolidation and lanes.
- Strong hunter persona with passion, vigour, and commitment to driving opportunities and achieving individual targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
