Position: Associate Treasury Manager

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 7–10+ Years

Work days : 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity planning.

✔ Oversee payment planning, approvals, and execution while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

✔ Review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), monitor fund movements, and manage banking relationships.

✔ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

✔ Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to strengthen the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

✔ Prepare treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and management dashboards.

✔ Drive treasury process improvements, automation, and governance initiatives.

✔ Lead and mentor the treasury team while supporting budgeting, audits, and working capital management.

Required Skills

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or related field.

✅ CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

✅ 7–10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or Corporate Finance.

✅ Solid expertise in:

Treasury Management

Cash Flow Forecasting & Liquidity Management

Fund Management

Banking Operations

Payment Processing

Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

GST & TDS Compliance

Internal Financial Controls

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process

Working Capital Management

Treasury Reporting & Forecasting

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

✅ Experience with Zoho Books or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
