Role Description The Associate Technical Lead will play a key role in designing, developing, and reviewing software solutions while guiding a small technical team in day-to-day delivery. This full-time position is based in Gurugram in a hybrid model, combining onsite collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, overseeing implementation efforts, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture, quality, and security. The role involves mentoring developers and interns, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders,



and contributing to technology decisions across programming, web development, data, testing, and cloud-related initiatives.

Lead will also support continuous improvement by introducing new tools, processes, and standards that enhance reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust programming skills in languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, and experience with ASP.NET Core and MVC.
- Candidates should possess web development skills, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and Web API.
- Candidates should possess data-focused skills, such as Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and working with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Candidates should possess testing and quality assurance skills, including NUnit, Selenium, STLC understanding, and bug life cycle management.
- Candidates should possess cloud and DevOps skills, such as experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and familiarity with deployment pipelines.
- Candidates should possess project management and collaboration skills using tools like Jira and TFS, along with strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Relevant experience in leading or mentoring technical teams, performing code reviews, and defining technical standards is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
