Requirements

Experience : 4+ years

Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (SCM) or AX 2012.

Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management.

Proven experience leading end-to-end D365 SCM implementation projects from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

Strong understanding of supply chain business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce, inventory control, warehouse operations, and production planning.

Experience conducting business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and functional consulting engagements.

Expertise in configuring D365 SCM modules to meet complex business requirements and industry best practices.

Experience creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and training materials.

Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, regression testing, and production deployments.





Experience providing L2/L3 functional support, troubleshooting complex production issues, and performing root cause analysis (RCA).

Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and managing incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA-driven environments.

Experience using ITSM and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 release wave updates, hotfixes, and impact assessments.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Microsoft MB-330 (Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects from discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Conduct business process assessments, requirements gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders.

Configure and implement Dynamics 365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and related supply chain capabilities.





Prepare functional design documents, process flows, configuration documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and integrations.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment planning, and hypercare activities.

Deliver end-user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Act as the functional escalation point for L2/L3 production support and resolve complex supply chain application issues.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend long-term configuration or process improvements.

Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change requests while ensuring SLA compliance.

Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics 365 release updates and hotfixes, assess business impact, and coordinate regression testing activities.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across supported supply chain functions.

Maintain comprehensive functional documentation, knowledge repositories, runbooks, and support artifacts.

Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance throughout implementation and support engagements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
