- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in ERP/accounting systems.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Financial Reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, management reports, and financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims.
- Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely payment processing and effective collections management.
Reconciliation & Compliance
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Job Requirement
- Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter (or equivalent)
- Experience - 4-6 years
