Job Overview-

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The role will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, sourcing quality talent, managing stakeholder relationships, executing campus and bulk hiring initiatives, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of recruitment experience,



preferably within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or CPG industry, with expertise in hiring for Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D; functions. Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP HRMS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential for recruitment analytics and reporting.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or CPG industries is highly preferred.
