About the Role

Newton School of Technology (NST) works with high-growth tech companies across AI, Robotics, EV, SaaS, and Deep Tech to build strong internship and placement ecosystems.

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager (APM) – B2B who will play a critical role in ensuring our employer partnerships translate into real outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, data, and community. If you enjoy owning execution, working with multiple stakeholders, and building structured systems, this is a strong launchpad into Program Management and B2B Partnerships.

What You’ll Own

- Partnership Execution & Campus Coordination




- Ensure active movement of JDs across campuses.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain hiring momentum.
- Track and unblock bottlenecks in the hiring lifecycle.

- Data & Insights

- Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards (Excel/Sheets).
- Monitor key metrics across JDs, pipelines, and conversions.
- Bring structured reporting to the B2B team.

- Events & Employer Community

- Support curation of event themes, speakers, and attendees.
- Drive pre- and post-event execution rigor.
- Help build and manage NST’s growing B2B employer community.

- Opportunity Expansion

- Identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
- Support off-campus hiring initiatives.
- Run and improve the Self-Apply program for students.

What We’re Looking For :
- 0 - 2 years of experience in operations, program management, or coordination roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (tracking, basic dashboards).
- Structured thinking, attention to detail, and high ownership.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup setting.
