- You're comfortable day-to-day with tech, you can hold your own in a sprint
conversation, push on an estimate, and unblock a dependency without escalating everything upward.
- You're organized and you close loops. When something's slipping, you're the one
who notices and acts.
- You're comfortable with data, you can read a dashboard and pull your own numbers
to answer a question.
- You communicate clearly and directly, especially in writing.
- Bonus: exposure to fintech, investment platforms, or regulated/KYC-heavy products,
and comfort with SQL.
