: Manage team of Project engineers who support across Business Units. Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management

Hands on experience in Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders

Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle

Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission

Should have excellent written and verbal communication

Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines

Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus

Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques

Proficient in MS Project Skilled including resource loading and critical path analysis





Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools

Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred Qualifications You Must Have * BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics/Computer with experience in Product and Project Development

10 to 12 year overall design and development experience with at least 4 to 5 years of project management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace or Automotive

Certifications Preferred

PMP Certification
