Purpose the Role: To drive HR Processes and Policies for HCL SW LOB as per the HR Plan and contribute to achievement of delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities - Work with Business to meet business objectives through HR interventions.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the Service Line.
- Guide and support in employee performance evaluation, staffing, training and development
- Work with HR CoEs in developing LOB specific plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, advantages, training & development
- Conduct periodic audits across BU to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and CoE processes. Collate audit findings, analyze the same and prepare reports on the findings.




- Prepare reports periodically for the CoE review with the Senior Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Inter-personal competencies - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Aptitude & passion for both strategy formulation and program execution
- Organized and methodical
- Experience with developing and drafting process and system workflows
