- Own end-to-end relationships with all transport vendors and manpower agencies

- Drive structured performance reviews; enforce SLA and contractual commitments

- Manage vendor onboarding, operational readiness, and ongoing governance

- Identify and resolve gaps through action plans with explicit ownership and timelines

Workforce Management

- Manage deployment and daily productivity of 200+ pickers across locations

- Coordinate with staffing partners for hiring, replacements, and demand-driven planning

- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and attrition; intervene before it impacts operations

- Ensure headcount aligns with business demand forecasts at all times

Transport &

- Fleet Operations Governance

- Oversee availability, utilization, compliance, and performance of 150+ vehicles

- Track fleet productivity metrics; hold transport partners accountable against targets

- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure zero unplanned operational disruptions

Billing &

- Commercial Governance

- Validate vendor invoices; reconcile against operational data before approval

- Identify discrepancies and ensure 100% commercial accuracy on all claims





- Coordinate with Finance for timely payments; maintain complete billing records

- Drive cost control and identify optimization opportunities across partner spend

SOP Compliance &

- Process Governance

- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs across all vendors and field teams

- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews; close deviations with accountability

- Build governance frameworks that scale with operational growth

Training &

- Capability Building

- Design and run onboarding and training programs for pickers, vendors, and field teams

- Ensure all field teams are trained on SOPs, safety, and customer handling standards

- Track training effectiveness; iterate based on operational impact and audit findings

Performance Management &

- Reporting

- Build and maintain scorecards for all vendors and workforce partners

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; drive corrective actions proactively

- Recommend rewards, penalties, and restructuring based on performance data

- Generate dashboards and insights for leadership to support planning decisions
