Job Summary We are looking for a highly driven Associate Finance to own end-to-end bookkeeping, compliance, and month-end closures for our group entities. In this role, you will ensure pristine financial records, manage tax compliance (GST & TDS), and drive workflow automation using modern tools. You will be instrumental in scaling our internal financial operations while bringing strong ownership and a tech-forward approach to everyday accounting tasks.
Where You Can Create Impact
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and comprehensive reconciliations for group entities
Execute timely closures involving provisions, prepayments, accruals, and depreciation entries
Ensure seamless GST compliance through timely filings, reconciliations, and vendor follow-ups
Oversee complete TDS compliance, including monthly payments, quarterly returns, and form reconciliations
Provide active, ongoing support for MIS reporting and DNBS workings
Enhance team efficiency by automating manual tasks using Excel, Power Query, and AI tools
Drive prompt cross-team and vendor communication for efficient query resolution Tools & Systems You'll Work With Accounting & ERP: Zoho Books or equivalent accounting ERPs
Compliance & Tax: CompuTax, ClearTax, GST portal, and TRACES
Automation & Reporting: MS Excel, Power Query, Power Automate,
and various AI tools Requirements Must Have 2-4 years of experience with robust accounting and taxation fundamentals, specifically in bookkeeping, GST, and TDS
Educational Background: Semi-qualified CA strongly preferred; B.Com/M.Com with hands-on CA-firm or corporate experience is acceptable
High proficiency in reconciliations and month-end closing processes
Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation sheets
Strict documentation discipline, including version control, SOP adherence, and maintaining a clear audit trail A deep sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with strict attention to detail and accuracy
Strong spoken and written English skills for effective vendor and finance-team communication Good to Have Exposure to Zoho Books or similar accounting ERP systems
Familiarity with CompuTax, ClearTax, or other leading tax software
Prior experience with AI-implemented projects or workflow automation (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate)
