Role & responsibilities

- The role supports Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S;) compliance activities.
- Core responsibility is to process EHS&S-related; data and documents in SAP (SAP EHS or related modules).
- The role follows predefined SOPs and step-by-step instructions.
- Tasks are request-based, received through a system or task queue.

- Focus areas are

- Accuracy

- Timeliness
- Regulatory and compliance adherence
- The role is execution-focused, with no process design or policy-making responsibilities.

Mandatory

Qualification & Experience

- Education:
- MSc is mandatory (Chemistry or Bio Sciences only)

- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a chemistry or laboratory environment

- Skill Level Expected:

- Basic SAP user knowledge

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow SOPs and step-by-step instructions
- Ability to flag discrepancies or unclear items promptly

- Good communication skills (key)

3. Preferred / Added Advantage Skills

- Experience with:

- SAP EHS

- Excel(basic)

- Python (basic))optional)
- Prior exposure to organizations like Genpact or Colgate is an advantage
