Role Description: The Associate EdTech and Training role is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will support the design, delivery, and enhancement of training programs in FinTech and financial inclusion, working closely with instructors and the content team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, assisting with curriculum development, preparing learning materials and presentations, and using education technology platforms to manage and track learner progress. The role also involves interacting with learners to address queries, collecting and analysing feedback, and helping to improve course quality and learner experience.



The associate may collaborate with corporate and academic partners to schedule trainings and ensure smooth execution of programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with learners, instructors, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills to support curriculum design, session planning, and learning interventions.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Presentation Skills to deliver content, explain concepts, and facilitate discussions.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret learner feedback, track program outcomes, and support data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with education technology platforms, LMS tools, or online course delivery systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in FinTech, digital finance, or financial inclusion, and a willingness to learn rapidly in these domains, is highly valued.
- Ability to work in a structured manner, manage multiple training schedules, and maintain attention to detail.
