Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Associate Staffing Consultant to join our Talent Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements while delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation and assist in offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support senior consultants in client account management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Staffing, or Customer Service is preferred.

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, or similar job portals.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM platforms.
- Understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Experience in B2B recruitment or staffing will be an advantage.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
- Based on business requirements, candidates may occasionally be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or beyond regular business hours with prior approval from the Reporting Manager.
