Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Associate Brand Manager with 2 to 3 years of startup experience to support brand growth, execute marketing campaigns, create engaging digital content, and contribute to building Provilac into a leading consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to launch.
- Create, coordinate, and manage high-performing photo and video content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the founders on brand-building and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, designers, and external agencies.




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize creative assets based on insights.
- Support cross-functional teams and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of branding and promotional activities.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand's digital presence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a D2C, FMCG, Consumer, Food, or Startup environment.
- Robust experience in creating and managing photo and video creatives for social media and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience in planning shoots, briefing creators, and executing campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Pune office.
