Qualification

Graduate / postgraduate in commerce Experience 1 – 2 years Vacancies 1 Associate – AIF Operations (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to) Basic knowledge of AIF.

Managing AIF bank transactions.

AIF account opening.

AIF documentation (as required by the client).

AIF billings & recovery.

Managing client calls.

Managing the TAT of T+0 , T+1 depending upon the nature of the transaction.

Contribution agreement signing.

Arranging Trust Deed registration at PAN India level.
