This role works with international brand companies and uses proprietary technology to detect and remove infringing content. This role specializes in Brand Protection / Anti-Piracy.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position: Detects, analyzes, and removes infringing online content using multiple technologies.

Collects, consolidates, and organizes data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Manages and performs analysis for dedicated client projects or operations processes and ensures project or process day to day activities are running in accordance with contracts and agreed service and operational level agreements.

Formulates and communicates data-driven recommendations focused on client needs.

Collaborates with global team members to address requests, prioritize projects, and solve business problems.

Generates standard and custom reports, perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies, and escalate incidents as required.

Addresses urgent client or incident requirements as a key escalation point, driving further problem-solving when necessary.

Position Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Technical capability and aptitude for learning new software.





Knowledge of social media/ UGC sites strongly preferred; general knowledge in sports and entertainment, curiosity of digital media consumption landscape; knowledge of online marketplaces is a big plus.

Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Critical thinking, solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a global teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity in finding innovative solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables/charts) Working Hours and Conditions: Office environment.
