Role & responsibilities

- Drive acquisition of corporate/commercial card clients (SME, midmarket, large corporates).

- Build and manage sourcing channels: corporate tieups, TMCs, fintech partners, and direct sales.

- Increase card activation, spending, crosssell, and portfolio penetration.

- Coordinate with risk, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and TAT.

- Manage key accounts, deliver spend insights, and enhance client experience.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal credit policies.

- Track market trends and competition; recommend product/process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA with 814 years of experience in commercial/corporate cards, B2B payments, or corporate banking.

- Robust understanding of corporate procurement, T&E; spends, card programs, and underwriting basics.

- Proven corporate acquisition, partner management, and solutionselling skills.
