Role & responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning.

- Assist walk-in customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales through upselling.

- Supervise, motivate, and guide the counter sales team to achieve store targets.

- Ensure proper merchandise display, stock replenishment, and adherence to store SOPs.

- Manage inventory, stock control, and coordinate regular stock audits.

- Handle billing, cash management, daily sales reports, and basic store accounts.

- Process and coordinate online orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms.

- Execute promotional and marketing activities to increase footfall and sales.

- Ensure timely store opening and closing while maintaining operational standards.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate with 2-6 years of experience in retail store operations.

- Experience in supermarkets, food retail, bakery, confectionery, QSR, pharmacy, apparel, or organized retail preferred.

- Robust customer service, sales, and team management skills.

- Hands-on experience in inventory management, cash handling, billing, and POS operations.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, and WhatsApp.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and handling store opening/closing responsibilities.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
