Responsibilities

- Involved in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, reference checking, and salary negotiations.

- Understanding the requirement and coordinating for shortlisting and screening, including a preliminary interview of the candidates.

Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high organizational skills.

- Experience in recruitment from various job portals and a personal source/database.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Should be a team player.

- Robust verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.

- The candidate should have knowledge of hiring beyond the job portals.

- The candidate shall have a prior experience of at least 4+ years in recruitment.

- Bulk hiring experience is a must.

- BPO hiring background is preferable.
