About Apprentice Programme The NAPS / NATS is a government initiative aimed at providing skill development opportunities to the youth of India. This initiative provides development opportunities for school / college pass outs to gain knowledge and exposure in the corporate environment as well as benefiting from the training provided and eligible to earn a stipend for 12 months.

Apprenticeship is a program where the candidates learn applications, processes, and methodologies in their respective fields of work through a combination of theoretical and on-the-job training. In addition, the candidates also learn soft skills and gain exposure to the corporate environment, while undergoing the training. Candidate can be hired under NAPS / NATS Programme as per the eligibility criteria.

In summary, the apprentice will gain:

 Apprenticeship period: 12 months

 Stipend of 21000 per month - detailed breakup below.

 Exposure to a corporate work environment.





 Working as a Full-Time Apprentice.

 No work-from-home mode of working.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

This is hardcore field Sales Job.

 Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments- Business mix in terms of blended premium & no. of cases.

 Maintain cordial relationship with bank staff and resolve escalations with in TATs

 Need to travel across multiple assigned 10-20 bank branches.

 Should be open to travel between 50 – 100 kms.

 Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch

 Ensure activation of bank’s sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis

 Drive branch customer awareness program and explore every possible opportunity to bundle the health insurance proposition

 Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff

 Two / Four - wheeler & Driving License is mandatory.

- No PF/ESIC deduction in NATS.
- Candidate must not have done apprenticeship in past.
- If the candidate has been registered in NAPS in XYZ company, he cannot be eligible under NATS in NBHI.

Stipend Breakup

Programme Stipend Details

(NAPS / NATS) Stipend will be credited in two parts 1st Part - NBHI ( by Niva Bupa Health Insurance) 2nd Part - DBT (Direct Bank Transfer ) by GOI (Government of India)

NATS NATS - 1st part of 16500 under NATS on 7th every month - 2nd part of maximum 4500 under NATS after 15 working days of 1st Part (Degree holders will get maximum Rs. 4500 / Diploma Holders will get maximum Rs. 4000)

NAPS NAPS - 1st part of 19500 under NATS on 7th every month - 2nd part of maximum 1500 under NAPS after 15 working days of 1st Part

(NAPS / NATS) Only in case of sales role

Sales Incentive / Conveyance will be paid as per policy.

Fast Track Growth

Fast Track Prospect for deserving trainees to come as an On-roll Employee subject to desired performance and duration. Once a candidate transition into an on-roll employee, CTC will be 2.8 LPA Fixed + Allowances + Incentive as per NBHI Policy.
