Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

Plan, organize, and implement OYE programs, including the annual curriculum, workshops, courses, summits, and projects.

Lead the execution of leadership, youth empowerment, and stress management workshops across educational institutions and corporates.

Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, NGOs, and other organizations.

Present OYE initiatives to Heads of Institutions, Corporate Leaders,



and Senior HR Management.

Develop outreach strategies to expand the reach and impact of OYE programs.

Lead and mentor volunteers, fostering teamwork and leadership development.

Coordinate large-scale youth events and ensure smooth program execution.

Monitor program implementation, analyse outcomes, and submit periodic reports.

Travel extensively across North India for institutional partnerships, program planning, workshop delivery, and event management.
