To teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in the areas of Management and Commerce, engage in high-quality research, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to the academic and institutional development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Instruction:

- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars across a range of courses in management and commerce (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HRM, Business Strategy, Organizational Behavior).
- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

Research:

- Conduct individual or collaborative research in relevant areas of management or commerce.
- Publish papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Present research at academic conferences and seminars.
- Apply for research grants and funding.

Academic Administration:

- Assist in curriculum design and development.
- Participate in departmental and faculty meetings.
- Mentor students academically and professionally.
- Serve on academic or institutional committees.

Professional Development and Outreach:

- Engage with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships,



or placement opportunities.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training for professional growth.
- Contribute to community outreach or continuing education programs if applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, or related discipline (mandatory or as per UGC norms).
- NET/SET qualification (as per UGC guidelines) preferred.
- MBA/M.Com with a robust academic record.
- Experience:
- Prior teaching experience preferred (especially in higher education).
- Industry experience in relevant fields may be considered a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage students and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
