We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Manager – Operations to manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure smooth business processes.

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, coordinating with different teams, managing inventory, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth operations across online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Handle operational activities on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Prepare daily operational reports (MIS)



and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Good knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented attitude.
